In April 2020 - Spruce Forest experienced a storm that tore down our famous spruce trees, our namesake, along with Alta Schrock’s original cabin, our red shed, bathroom facilities, and entrance bridge. Since then, we have rebuilt the entrance bridge, complete with slate roof tiles, Alta’s Cabin, and our new pavilion, with public restroom facilities.
